Throughout my 12-year tutoring, I have had fantastic children, and have been captivated by the experience of always obtaining contemporary schemes of working with a theme to make it enjoyable and cool for the child I teach.
How I teach
My teaching ideology is focused on a student: my objective is always to create an encouraging, pleasant and inspiring environment for discovering how to do well.
I react immediately to the necessities of each child I tutor, constructing my training style in the way that it best serves their identity and potentials.
I also strongly believe that learners understand good once they're doing practical things associated with their education. This points to writing tasks, using games, making rhymes, drawing pictures, presentations, and other formats of collaboration, which makes learners energised and stimulated regarding the topic.
I train productively and properly, easily analysing areas for improving, later applying elementary pattern spotting strategies (when applicable). I pay attention to making easy tasks for the student produce their personal understanding of the matter. It is a real satisfaction to find interesting and new methods of delivering the theme for it to be always fresh and interesting for both sides.
The psychology of tutoring mathematics
With the help of patience, encouragement, and humour, I always make every effort to teach my learners that they are capable of much more than they imagine.
I strongly believe that my willingness to change teaching methods according to the needs of learners, subject matter, and learner demographics are all essential for my ability to be excellent as a trainer.
My teaching is based on the trust that the sole way to learn mathematics is to do maths. While the theoretical material is appreciated, the true learning comes through solving mathematical issues, either computational, theoretical, or both.
I have also learnt that giving assignments which have a direct relation to the student's own life can assist in their learning the material and comprehension its usage.
